Rosie’s Grooming Salon is owned and operated by Nina Burkeland, a graduate of the Penn Foster Career School grooming program with prior hands-on grooming experience. Nina started the salon after her own dog, Rosie, came home from a grooming appointment rushed and clearly stressed.
