What Products We Use, and Why
Most dogs are bathed with a de-shedding shampoo and conditioner. Shedding is a near-constant issue for most breeds, and the conditioning step in particular helps noticeably reduce loose hair between visits. For dogs that haven’t been groomed in a while, a deep-cleaning shampoo is used instead to work through built-up dirt and oils. A whitening shampoo is also available when a dog’s coat needs it.

A bath starts at $75. Dogs with heavy matting are charged an additional $25, since matted coats take extra time and care to bathe safely. If you’re booking a full grooming appointment rather than a standalone bath, a basic groom typically takes about 2 hours for a dog that’s been groomed regularly, though the exact time depends on the dog’s coat condition and how well they tolerate the process. If an appointment runs longer than expected, an additional $35 per hour applies.
